4 Use characteristics
4.1 The rated voltage U0/U is divided into 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV.
4.2 The maximum allowable long-term working temperature of the conductor is 90℃, and the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃ during short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s).
4.3 Conductor DC resistance in line with the provisions of GB/T 3956-2008.
4.4 The ambient temperature at the time of laying is not lower than 0℃, and should be preheated when it is lower than 0℃.
4.5 The minimum bending radius of three-core unarmored is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, and that of armored is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
4.6 Cable laying is not limited by the horizontal drop.
4.7 Frequency withstand voltage test.
U0 for 3.6kV and below cable: 2.5U0 + 2kV / 5min without breakdown.
U0 for 3.6kV ~ 18kV cable: 3.5U0/5min without breakdown.
U0 for 21kV and 26kV cables: 2.5U0/30min without breakdown.
4.8 Local discharge test: 1.73U0 devolution of power is not greater than 5pC.
4.9 Flame retardant characteristics.
Flame-retardant cables can withstand the bundle burning test specified in GB/T 19666-2019.
Halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant cable can withstand the GB/T 19666-2019 bundle combustion test, the minimum light transmission rate ≥ 60%, conductivity weighted value ≤ 10μs/mm when burning.
Flame-resistant cable can withstand GB/T 19666-2019 bundle burning test, the supply fire temperature is 750℃, the supply fire + cooling time is 90+15min, 2A fuse is not stopping under rated voltage, and the indicator light is not extinguished.
