Note:
1 Burning characteristics prefix: model number of halogen-free low smoke, flame retardant and fire resistant series products are WD, ZA, ZB, ZC and N respectively.
2 Suffix of armored series products: model number suffix is 22, halogen-free and low-smoke is 23, and sheath code is E.
3 The sheath code of polyethylene sheathed products is Y.
4 Use characteristics
4.1 The rated voltage U0/U is 300/300V.
4.2 Conductor long-term allowable working temperature: 70℃ for PVC insulation, 90℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation.
4.3 The conductor DC resistance is in accordance with GB/T 3956-2008 cable conductor standard provisions.
4.4 The ambient temperature when laying is not less than 0℃, and should be preheated first when it is lower than 0℃.
4.5 Minimum bending radius: metal with shielded cable is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, other cables are not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
4.6 The cable should not be subjected to mechanical external force when laid.
4.7 Frequency withstand voltage test: unshielded, armored cable withstand 1500V/1min without breakdown, shielded, armored cable withstand 1000V/1min without breakdown.
4.7 Flame retardant characteristics.
Flame-retardant cable can withstand the GB/T 19666-2019 bundle burning test.
Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cable can withstand the GB/T 19666-2019 bundle burning test, burning minimum light transmission ≥ 60%, conductivity weighted value ≤ 10μs/mm.
Flame-resistant cable can withstand GB/T 19666-2019 bundle burning test, the supply fire temperature is 750℃, the supply fire + cooling time is 90+15min, 2A fuse is not stopping under rated voltage, and the indicator light is not extinguished.
