Wires and cables are the main carriers of power and signal transmission. There is no strict boundary between "wire" and "cable". The smaller diameter, less number of cores, simple structure of the product to be called wire usually, while the one who has no insulation sheath to be called bare wire. The wire with a larger Cross-sectional area (greater than 6 square millimeters) is called large cable, and the one with a smaller cross-sectional area (less than or equal to 6 square millimeters) is called small wire, also known as distribution line.
What inspection items should be done before the acceptance of wire and cable products?
1.The cable terminal and intermediate head shall be firmly installed.
Good grounding, correct cable terminal color, complete painting of metal parts such as brackets.
2.Cable specifications should be in line with the provisions, the arrangement should be neat, no damage, complete, correct and clear logo, cable fixed bending radius, distance and single-core power cable metal sheath connection should meet the requirements.
3. Cable trench and tunnel, bridge should be free of debris, burrs and complete cover.
